For the traditional milk cooling tank, after cooling & mixing process for hours , the colony count sometimes can up to 5 million/ML, but use the ACE-MIC system, this figure can be reduced to 5000-15000 /ML. 2).High heat exchange efficiency and energy saving: it is using the tubular heat exchanger which has high heat exchange efficiency ,during the processing the condensing unit is not working at the same time, the PLC control system can control the condensing unit to operate according to different situation. While the traditional type, the condensing unit is operation at the same time.Well water can be used for pre-cooling that can further reducing the energy consumption, if using the water-cooled condensing unit, that can customize the heat recovery system to recovery the hot water (50 to 60C). 3).Equipped with CIP cleaning system, hot water, alkali, acid can be used for cleaning.
